FATH Mechatronics is an agile, fast-growing company based in the Franconian Lake District near Nuremberg. The focus of the company’s activities is on the development manufacturing and marketing of innovative mechanical and electronic products in the B2B sector. FATH Mechatronics is also expanding its existing product portfolio, which began with the TANIock electronic locking system, by developing project-specific solutions. With the innovative TANIock locking system for server cabinets, FATH Mechatronics won the German Data Center Award 2018 and 2019.

YOUR TASKS
Support in the development of product management
Project planning and support of new products
Developing product realization proposals, taking into account the company’s potential and trends on the market
Product and assortment maintenance
Execution of market and competition analyses
Product monitoring from market launch onwards for the purpose of controlling the cost and success behavior of the products
YOUR PROFILE
Work experience as an intern or student trainee in the field of product management is an advantage
Innovative problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Technical and economic understanding
High analytical and strategic competence
Independent, conscientious and careful way of working
High level of initiative and communication skills
